VBG ART PRIZE

The VBG Art Prize celebrates creativity inspired by food, wine, and place.

With a $2,500 prize and the chance to exhibit at the Yalumba Wine Room during SALA, it offers valuable exposure for both emerging and established local artists. The prize is open to artists who live or work in the Barossa or Light Regional Council areas, an opportunity to be part of something truly special.

Inspired by the iconic Willi’s Wine Bar in Paris, where a new poster is commissioned each year to capture the venue’s spirit, our Art Prize honours this tradition with a local twist.

At Vintners Bar & Grill, our walls feature posters from Willi’s, now joined by past VBG Art Prize winners. In 2027, a new artist will be added to this collection, celebrating the Barossa’s unique identity and creative spirit.
